Elizabeth "Liz" Galasso oversees the daily operations of the company’s multifamily portfolio. With more than 18 years of experience in property management, she specializes in optimizing net operating income (NOI), supporting property performance, and driving operational efficiencies.

Prior to joining ACS, Liz served as a Multisite Property Manager at Aion Management, where she managed distressed assets. She also held key roles at Kettler and the University of Pennsylvania, gaining extensive expertise in the Philadelphia multifamily and student housing markets. Liz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from Bloomsburg University.
